This is Cedrick. He came to me “hand tamed” several months ago, they either weren’t truthful or this bird just really dislikes me. They had clipped his wings way too short and I think it’s made him more afraid of me because he doesn’t have the ability to fly away. He will step up, reluctantly, but only if he is on the ground. He really isn’t aggressive, he just gets huffy after trying to work with him. I have several other birds of all types that are hand tamed and friendly, but he won’t give me a chance. I’m hoping to find someone that will be able to work with him several hours a day to bring him out of his shell. I know there’s a sweet boy in there somewhere!! He will come with his cage/toys and food. (I get his food from Just for Parrots and would ask that he not be switched) I will be picky, he needs someone with bird experience.
