Fiduciary Real Estate Development, Inc. is looking for Full Time entry level and experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians to assist in general maintenance and upkeep of our beautiful apartment communities. Come join our team!
A member of our Human Resources department will be fielding recruiting calls on Monday, June 7th - Wednesday June 9th from 9:30am - 5:30pm.

Responsibilities:
-Prepare all vacant apartments to market ready condition.
-Respond to resident request and work orders in a timely manner.
-Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
-Assist with the upkeep of the outside grounds (including snow removal)
