No experience required, being on a ladder or on a safe roof shouldn’t bother you. You set your hours and days… I provide a list of things I need done (I show you how and what to do), occasionally I work with you directly, often you are doing jobs alone. If you are quick, and get lots accomplished your pay increases, if you are slow, you get less. I will bonus you if you impress me.
