Help, My Beautiful Calico Cat Needs Help!

Hi every cat and dog lover out there---- I hope you and your loved ones are well. My beautiful Calico cat needs help. I'm taking her to my vet tomorrow to get her checked out but hope someone can give me an idea what I can do here. I need to set up maybe a harness or some type of soft material with maybe a plastic frame with swivel wheels that I can strap around my cat so she can get around once again. Problem is, she's heavy. Not sure what she weights now but I think she must have fallen off a table I have in my basement and landed on the concrete floor and hurt her back legs. She's pulling herself round fine but dragging her hind legs now and can't stand up. She was fine and getting around, no problem until I found her on Friday. I'm 71 now myself and it took me a little bit to pick her up off the cellar floor and bring her upstairs since my right leg hurts. Had a left hip operation back in Nov. of 2019. Could be my right hip causing problems now. But this isn't about me but my wonderful Calico. Had her close to 10 years now and I really don't think too much is wrong with her except that she can't walk now. Any idea of the contraption I could put together would be very helpful.
