Landlord looking for Supervisor to manage 30+ unit property in Vero Beach. Must be flexible, have own tools and transportation - and be responsive. Supervisor will clean, caulk, fix windows and stove burners, install toilets, repair faucets, light switches, clear drains, pick up garbage, etc. When there is a vacancy, the Supervisor will screen tenants, prepare the apartment for rental, and lease it. Must be able to text and email. Past experience working with tenants is a plus. Paid weekly at $ 15.00 per hour + bonuses. Please email or text your resume or work history.
