Looking for location to reach homeless and addicted

We are a Christian organization looking for a space to either rent or trade to reach out to the lost, addicted and homeless in a needy area of Miami. A business, storefront or even house that would be inexpensive or a possible trade for property renovations. I am a former contractor, so the trade would be for legitimate renovations.
