I'm an experienced homeowner wrapping up a project. Seeking experienced floor tile installers and drywall and/or tape/bed/texturing tradesmen. Also seeking trim/detail carpenters. I have tools, materials, and can pay by the day or hour. I have years of carpentry experience and can assist you. Please do not apply if you are a handyman or general contractor. I do not want GC services. Just skilled drywallers, tile installers, and trim carpenters. Tape/bed/texturing tradesmen must be able to produce a minimum level 4 smooth finish. No orange peel or knockdown! Carpenters should be familiar with traditional carpentry methods and must be able to produce a quality paint-grade finish. I anticipate about 60 hours of skilled tape/bed/texturing labor, 35 hours of skilled trim carpentry labor, 4 hours of drywall installation labor, 20 hours of skilled floor tiling labor, 40 hours of painting labor, and skilled labor for tiling a 36"x36" shower.
