Parakeet sitter needed

I have a one year old parakeet named Joey. I need someone with experience in taking care of budgies to come to my house to check on him and clean his cage when I travel this summer. About 30 minutes per day. I will be going on a trip in September and will be gone 4 days. He is not trained. Stays in his cage.
