Help with beach cleaning

We have a stretch of private shoreline on a lake in Land O'Lakes which has been neglected for some time. We are seeking someone to come and finish the shore cleanup. We had a guy who didn't work out, but he did a great deal of work so it's probably half-way finished. We're looking for decent/hard-working individuals who have reliable transportation to get here and positive attitudes. There are many projects we're trying to complete and not showing up on time is not what we want. We also don't want someone who can't take directions. So if you're looking for decent work for decent pay, this might be for you. The water is crystal clear and still quite cool even in the heat of the day. And most of the shoreline is in the shade. The bottom is sandy. What we want is someone to remove various pieces of block and brick that were positioned to make what looks like a homemade boat ramp. We'd also like the sand areas raked smooth. This will require a few days worth of work for one person. We are willing to pay $20 per hour cash to complete the project. There are no gators. I've not seen any snakes. We've been swimming in the area that's currently clear and we launch our kayaks from this area. Also, our dog plays down there and he'd find something if there were animals there. And the people on both sides of us have boats and beaches. So I'd say the water is safe. It's not gross, just overgrown in a couple spots and this area with the rocks and bricks is the main area we want cleaned. Please don’t respond if you’re not willing to get wet and don’t like physical labor. This will require a decent amount of both. You can call or text me for more info. Additionally, I won’t pay for incomplete work. I want someone who is willing to complete the entirety of the work, not just come out and try and make some cash for a few hours. If you can't complete the job, then please don't start it. If you tell me it'll take two days, then let's get it done in two days. If you're a hard working with a decent disposition, you will most likely be offered more work. Don't show up with a bad attitude and/or stories about other people you've worked for. Thanks.
