Iso female kitten to young adult cat

I'm in search of adding either a female kitten- to upwards of 4 years old to our family. We prefer a female because I have a neutered male cat who's almost four and gets along better with females. I have a seven year old daughter as well as a hermaphrodite Frenchie who is 2. So, obviously we would need a kitten/cat that would do well with other pets as well as children. We are not looking to spend a lot on a rehoming fee or whatever because we will need to take it to the vet and all of what coincides with getting a new pet.
