Janitor - Porter - Portero - Floor Waxing

JCM Maintenance is seeking a Porter to work at various locations. It would involve window cleaning on multiple single story buildings, pressure washing concrete floors and buildings as well as occasionally stripping and waxing floors. Occasional janitorial shifts to cover if needing more income. $20.00 per hour Flexible with hours. Possible shift could be: 4:00AM-12:00PM - Mon, Tues & Weds or Weds, Thurs & Friday. Some work may need to be done on weekends so availability to work weekends a MUST! Qualifications: Candidate MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE STRIPPING AND WAXING FLOORS! No training provided. Candidate must also have some experience in pressure washing and janitorial services such as mopping, vacuuming, trash changing, window cleaning, office cleaning, restroom cleaning and any other tasks that would relate to janitorial duties. This position may require ability to lift more than 25lbs. Ability to spend substantial time walking, standing, and performing the physical labor associated with cleaning facilities. This includes reaching with hands and arms, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, speaking, and listening. Ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
