We need one Experienced Night Janitor to provide the Scope of Janitorial Duties required in a Medical building in the west area of Hemet, Monday night thru Saturday night each week., and Sunday off. Nightly, the Janitor will be responsible for emptying all trash (approximately thirty trash cans), taking trash to outside dumpster, also take the empty broken down boxes to the dumpster, replacing clean liners in cans, disinfecting cans, clean & disinfect six restrooms, fifteen sinks, twelve dispensers / re filling them, one shower, cleaning conference room, other offices, disinfect all counters, clean kitchen / break room, vacuum carpet in conference room, mop all flooring. The current cleaning hours will be after the medical building closes, at approximately 6 - 6:30, but will be later after office has returned to normal operating hours. The work will be approximately 4 to 6 hours nightly, and require definite previous office cleaning experience, as we are not able to do training at this time. During the 90 day probation period, the hourly rate will be 13, and after that, the hourly rate will be 14, and in compliance to minimum rate because we have less than 20 employees. We plan on filling this position in the following week.
