Porch rebuilding

I try to get bids on a porch and so far the men just TALK and never get a bid by mail after they price the wood. So I went out and now have all the beams, plywood, cement post items. Plus I did the digging just need to check before I cement. So maybe WOMEN do better work as the men did zero. I just can not lift both ends of the beams.
