Need Student's Help for gardening & cleaning lady

I have large backyard and I am developing fruits/flowers/vegetable garden. This is first year. I need help- full or part time to plant fruit trees and move shrubs and dig and add garden soil and create barriers to protect from birds/pests. Help in creating wooden flower beds by using drill machine and wood cutting tools we have. We will work with you. We pay 15 dollar per hour on same day of work. You should be strong and sincere to help us out and if you have passion you will enjoy working in backyard. No cell phone during work and Photo Id required. You can take small break if you want during your work. We provide tea latte and bagel. Thanks for your help. We also need cleaning lady to clean out our rental property twice a month. We pay 13-15 dollar per hour depending on your experience and speed. Every time, you need five hours minimum to finish cleaning. Local persons preferred.
