Lost Bird

We lost our cockatiel (who we found in a park recently). It escaped while we were cleaning the cage. We think he/she used a Jedi mind trick to get away. Otherwise, we are just boneheads. Last seen flying south west in Brooklyn from Bed Stuy. Then again, he/she circled over head a couple times and might have changed his/her mind/direction. Named Gru, after the character Gru in Despicable Me, and Sugru. High Maintenance (needs a lot of attention. Chirps/complains a lot without it.) Also, apparently, he has a knack for escaping his cage (jedi mind tricks?). If you don't want to return him, we have a big bird cage for him that costs $150, but we will sell it to you for $50. Free bird food comes with it. We'd agree to this only if you truly feel you will take good care of him. (Otherwise, you don't want to mess with him.)...We are going on vacation shortly and didn't yet have a plan for his care. So you could also just try him for a month.
