Commercial R panel roof repair

Description

I have a few leaks going on. Commercial R panel roof in good condition has a couple of heavy rain leaks. I'm wanting an experienced handyman with R panel roofing material experience. Most screw have been replaced two months ago. Have about 750 left I have the screws plus located and fix several roof leaks. I'm not interested in replacing the roof or applying elastomeric or epoxy coatings except to an area related to leaks. I have 5 gal of Kool Coat. This building will be purchased by TxDot in the near future to be torn down for I45 expansion. Please do not contact me if you are a large commercial roofing company!!
