hes very sweet, almost potty trained. if you dont keep consistant with letting him out then he cant hold it. given that he is no more than 13 weeks or so.( dont know the exact age) we just dont have the right schedule to be able to keep up with him. text for more info. a small rehoming fee of 25 to ensure he goes to a good home.
