This job is perfect for the person who excels at home maintenance and repairs. You’d join the property management team at Del Mar Vacations who takes care of 200+ homes from Dennis to P-town. Provided with your own company truck, you’ll visit homes in order to assess and complete high-skilled jobs to maintain our properties. The day-to-day varies and is never boring - you’ll use skills from contracting, light electric, plumbing, to handyman, and you’ll be solving issues, sometimes on-the-fly, as working independently means you’ll have to find a solution through your own research when necessary. You’ll have a good presentation for both guests and homeowner customers and will be capable of good written and verbal communication. Your Day to Day includes: Perform skilled work involving: Plumbing HVAC Appliance repair Electrical Carpentry Furniture assembly Support in providing quotes Home assessments Maintenance of company equipment, buildings, and grounds Qualifications and Job Details High School Diploma 5-15 years of maintenance experience Full time/Year-round Availability to work Weekends and Overtime in the summer months Compensation: $30-36 Hourly, pay commensurate with skill and experience Benefits: Healthcare, 401K with Employer Matching, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays Why work at Del Mar?
