This job is perfect for the person who excels at home maintenance and repairs. You’d join the property management team at Del Mar Vacations who takes care of 200+ homes from Dennis to P-town. You’ll visit homes in order to assess and complete semi-skilled jobs to maintain our properties, and you'll be able to work alongside industry professionals to learn new skills and trades. The day-to-day varies and is never boring - you’ll use a range of handyman, repair, and maintenance skills, sometimes on-the-fly, to solve issues for guests and homeowners. The variation in work means you’ll constantly be learning and improving. Having a chance to work both independently, and with a team, you can gain experience learning from others and your own research. Responsibilities and Duties Perform semi-skilled work involving Painting Carpentry Furniture assembly Wifi & cable troubleshooting General home upkeep Support in providing quotes Maintenance of company equipment, buildings, and grounds. Be presentable to guests and owners, and communicate effectively Qualifications and Job Details High School Diploma or GED required Drivers License Required Ability to troubleshoot WiFi and Cables issues Ability to climb a ladder Ability to move Appliances and Furniture Full time/Year-round Entry to Mid-Level Position Experience preferred but not required Availability to work Weekends and Overtime in the summer months Compensation: $18-22 Hourly w/ Overtime Available (Commensurate with skill and experience) Benefits: Healthcare, 401K with Employer Matching, Paid Time Off Why work at Del Mar?
