Description
Midsize NJ based construction company looking to hire a working project supervisor OR project manager for industrial and commercial builds.
At minimum applicant should have the following:
- General knowledge of construction systems and processes.
- Ability to read blueprints and do basic takeoffs.
- Ability to create and maintain project schedule, daily reports, weekly look ahead.
- A valid drivers license and speak fluent English.
- Willing to travel up to 150 miles AND/OR willing to stay in hotel accommodations for out of state projects.
- Ability to work well with others.
