Join us Sunday, June 20, for a one-hour yoga class outside with The Fit Park followed by a drink on us! Grab your mat and start your Sunday funday off right with an outside one-hour yoga class by The Fit Park followed by an EMBC brew! On 6/20, Fit Park instructor Sarah will be teaching her Breathe + Flow Class: A Slow Flow class that begins with dynamic posture followed by a sequence of longer holding postures, ending with a series of stretching poses. This slower pace allows for increased breath awareness and time to explore the challenge, to feel each pose and create a calming effect on the body and mind. Tickets are $20 and include the class + one beer to follow. Be sure to bring your yoga mat and arrive early to set up your area outside.
