LEAD TECHNICIAN - WATER MITIGATION Direct Experience Not Needed This hire will have a clear path to professional advancement, various management opportunities and income acceleration within a locally emerging company. You will also oversee all assigned water/mold jobs from start to completion. This position services the areas North of Boston and Southern/Seacoast NH. All Dry nationally has a 7 year track record with thousands of services successfully performed. All Dry of North Shore Boston will be the first of many All Dry franchises in New England. This position needs to be able to provide All Dry level customer service including, but not limited to: * Going over the job scope with homeowners. * Going over the time table and setting clear expectations with homeowners. * Including all tasks needed to write, monitor and complete all jobs within our current CRM as well as estimating software. * Common math skills will be taught in training such as square foot calculations, linear foot calculations, etc. * WRT Certification, or willingness to get certification is a plus. You will be asked to perform the tasks below daily or weekly: * Clock in/clock out. * Pre-job truck prep. * Clean equipment. * Meet with Operations Manager each for daily plan * Keep the work van and uniform clean. * Assist on water and mold remediation based on assigned job. * Ensure all job paperwork is completed properly and on time using software on an iPad. * Must be able to work in small spaces (attic, basement, crawlspaces, etc.). * May need to move 50+ lbs of material and equipment. * Requires on call rotation (nights and weekends) for emergency services. * Must have a good driving record. * Approve weekly time cards. * Any other tasks assigned by Operations Manager. * Perform some field marketing as needed with insurance agents, property managers and job sites. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour Plus Bonus Incentives Estimate Of Yearly Pay: $42,000 to $60,000 Schedule: * 8 hour shift * On call * Overtime * Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: * Bonus pay Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) * IICRC Certification, or are willing to get it.
