Looking for additional guitarist/backup vocalist for emo band

Hey there. We're a Brooklyn based rock (let's be honest, emo) band who have just signed to Big Scary Monsters (https://bsmrocks.com) for the release of our recently-finished new record. As we're getting ready to start practicing and playing shows/touring, my bandmate and I realized we should probably add a third guitarist and someone who can do backing vocals so he can worry less about playing tricky guitar parts and focus on singing. At this point, we're looking for someone to help fill out our sound and add the exciting extra stuff that's on the record that's hard for us to recreate live and if it's a good fit, we'd love to have you stick around. We're all normal, nice, people in our early to mid 30's and ideally you would be an absolutely killer guitarist, great singer and non-sociopath.
