Sound Bath Boat Cruise w. Cesar & Wine Tasting w. Dr. Hoby w. Hors d'oeuvres in Benefit of See The World Education (nonprofit organization) Sound Bowl Meditation with Cesar Valero and Wine Tasting with Dr. Hoby Wedler on a Boat in Miami in benefit of See The World Education. All proceeds to helping individuals with disabilities. Sound Healing at Night on the Water: We will be cruising around Biscayne Bay at Night. Cesar Valero provides Sound Healing sessions using different Quartz, Singing Bowls and Native American Flute sounds among others. The Singing Bowls will be illuminated. Wine and small bites will be included. Dr. Hoby Wedler will be joining us all the way from California to do the Wine Tasting with us live and virtually from the boat! The wine tasting is featuring the Francis Ford Coppola Diamond Collection. Two white wines and two red wines will be featured from the collection, all paired with hors d’oeuvres for the tasting. Dr. Wedler has been on Ted Talks, and was recognized on Forbes under 30 for his sensory work in his blindfolded wine tastings in Sonoma Valley California at Francis Ford Coppola Wineries. The Sound Bath uses singing bowls to make sounds that immediately relaxes the body . We also use aromatherapy essential oils which are optional during the sound bath. This type of therapy offers several benefits: · Reduces Stress and anxiety · Improves Circulation and Improve Blood Flow · Deep Relaxation and Pain Relief · Increase Mental and emotional Clarity · Promotes Stillness , Happiness and well being Music and wine are two very powerful tools that have been used for centuries to celebrate or commemorate moments; they affect our emotions and senses in various ways. The boat leaves at 7:30 p.m. please arrive in advance at 7:25pm to check in and board! The boat will not be ready to board until 7:25 PM, and will leave by 7:35 PM. You are also welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks on the boat As well as a blanket or yoga mat to be comfortable, it’s always nice to bring a cover-up in case it gets chilly on the boat! Location will be leaving from will be either the North Bay Village Captain Joe’s boat dock or their dock location at Eden Roc in Miami Beach. Exact location will be confirmed.
