Rat babies needing a new home

So I rescued these babies about a month or so ago and I’ve always wanted rats, but I realized I wasn’t as ready for them as I thought I was. And I have kittens and at first they showed no interest in the rats, but now they terrorize them and I hate it. They are pets only please. I am asking for $200 because the cage was $200 plus all the toys and fleece for the cage. I am willing to negotiate though for a good home.
