Trauma Recovery Yoga (The TRY Method), mindfully links breath and movement offering somatic and stress release.
Classes begin with a short self-regulating and centering sequence based in science and psychology. Then moving into seated movements, creating internal heat to burn of excess energy, inspiring hope and happiness through visualization and affirmation.
The 45-minute sequence finishes with a body scan meditation.
