Maintenance Person for Motel

Description

The Bellingham Lodge needs a general maintenance person who is available for approximately 6 hours per day, 3 to 5 days per week (must be able to work Saturday and Sunday). Duties include: Grounds maintenance (taking out trash & light landscaping work) Pool and hot tub maintenance (cleaning and chemical control) Routine electrical and plumbing issues Stocking supplies (must be able to lift/move boxes and equipment) Carpet cleaning and occasional painting Other duties as required The ideal candidate will have verifiable experience with the above duties and be willing and able to learn and adapt as required. Applications can be obtained at the motel and applicants will be interviewed sometime between noon to 3PM Monday through Friday.
