Disconnect 49" vanity top and take away plus small haul

I need to prepare a second floor bathroom vanity for a new top installation. The old top must have faucet and drain plumbing disconnected (shut offs are working); CAREFULLY pried up and removed from vanity WITHOUT damaging vanity and hauled away. The faucet and top are not junk and may be useful to person(s) taking it away. The new vanity top must be hauled from the first floor up to the second floor and placed on supports. The new 4 ft. vanity top is HEAVY, so it will take a person somewhat familiar with plumbing ( !!!) PLUS a helper so there is no damage to walls, stairway or new vanity top. It should take well under one hour and I will pay $100 cash with a $10 bonus if there is NO damage done. I need it done 1-2 days before new top install so it will need to be done approximately Tuesday June 22. We will keep in touch to finalize the day.
