Two artists top off their cluster of a year with a four letter cheer! It has been a really exciting and amazing week since the Kickstarter campaign for "F**K 2020", a film project being developed by award-winning filmmaker Paul Nethercott, launched on May 29th. The story seems at first glance to be inspired by Indianapolis-based artists Quincy Owens and Luke Crawley's "FUCK 2020" Christmas ornament that summed up our collective year in a poignant and profane way garnering much more attention than they expected. Owens+Crawley will truly work as characters in a film meant to relate to us all. How did 2020 affect us? Did we succumb, survive, or thrive? Please come to the wonderful home of gracious hosts Joe and Julie Whitsett to enjoy food and drinks with the filmmaker, artists, other members of the film crew, and your friends from 5-7 pm while learning more about the film. Be ready to buy some of the awesome and hilarious Kickstarter rewards to take home with you that evening while supporting the film!
