drummer with jazz/rock/fusion chops needed

We are a group of experienced musicians who have been writing songs for a few years, and right now we're ready to get out and play some. We need a drummer with great experience and some deep chops. Flash is not required but wouldn't hurt. Dynamic range is important to us; the ability to move between quiet finesse and raw power is necessary. We need a player who plays well in the pocket, and who understands the pocket. Reading ability is helpful but not required. Also, this drummer needs to be willing and able to play with sequences when needed. I am a keyboardist, playing mostly synthesizers. We have a great guitarist, and a singer with a stellar voice. We are all songwriters, and the material we have written so far is extremely diverse. We recently added an excellent bassist who is also a songwriter. We all sing, and we have worked in some very nice harmonies. Right now, we have a set of about 12 tunes, and we are sounding pretty good. We just need a drummer to come in and provide the glue.
