Stray dog on Cascadia Ave S

Description

Found this cute small dog on Cascadia headed North (up the hill) across from Hawthorne Elementary. No collar. I tried to “trap” him for half an hour with treats and we got friendly but I just could not get a leash on him and he eventually darted up Cascadia towards South Dakota St (i.e. Mt. Baker).
