I'm looking for a few experienced concrete guys to join our ever growing crew. We are a family owned company that has been in business for 50 years. We won't work you to death, we try and value everyone that treats us the same. We average 40 hours or more if you're willing to work and get stuff done. Also have inside work when the weather doesn't agree with us. Experience is a must (the more the better, but hopefully more than a couple years), and you'll be thrown into the mix so it will be pretty easy to see if you're telling the truth. I'd prefer the applicants to know how to form, grade, pour, and strip efficiently. We do both commercial and residential with lots of work on the board currently. One day we might pour 200 yards, the next day we might pour 1 yard. We have some tools, but if you bring your own, that's fine too. I'd prefer the applicant to have most of these boxes checked also, -Drivers License -If not, valid ID and paperwork, also willing to pass background check -Good attitude -Desire to work -Skills to complete tasks at hand -Desire to learn and grow with us as a company We do some state/city work so if you're able to pass a One source background check that's also a big plus.
