Plyday is a fun, high energy plyometrics based workout for all fitness levels. Plyday is a jump training class for all fitness levels. It combines resistance training with explosive movements to increase overall power, strength, and reactivity. We will focus on: Landing mechanics, strength training, and force production. Come prepared to have fun. *Due to the high impact and change of direction exercises, PLEASE DO NOT WEAR NIKE AIR MAX OR ANY SHOES WITH BUBBLES OR HIGH SOLES.
