We are looking for a sub-contractor potential full-time employment dedicated and hard-working Window and Surface Cleaning Technician to clean the windows and concrete surfaces of various buildings and homes Responsibilities include: Transporting all equipment and supplies to job sites. Have a good sense of balance. Safely operate equipment while customers are around. Demonstrate good communication, and problem-solving skills. Window and Surface Cleaning Technician Responsibilities: Removing dirt and grime from windows and glass surfaces and rubber squeegee blades. Determining whether window glass is clear reflective and adapting window cleaning techniques accordingly. The use toweling cloths to remove excess water and moisture from window sills. Ensuring that all window cleaning equipment is in good working order. Surface Cleaning Concrete ensuring chemicals are sprayed down properly before surface cleaning, removing all gum from concrete with scrapper. Clean tops of outside garbage cans remove any dirt. Ensuring that the company vehicle is always adequately stocked with window and surface cleaning supplies. Appropriately cleaning up after each job to ensure that there is no residue or dirt left behind. Appropriately take pictures and upload to file. Conduct a checklist and collect payment when job is completed. Window and Surface Cleaning Technician Requirements: Clean Valid driver's license. (Provide DMV printout last 3 years) The ability to work at different heights. The ability to work in all weather conditions. Ability to problem-solve and time management skills. Good communication skills. Ability to lift 25lbs to 50lbs Grassroot marketing Full-Time Monday to Friday Hours may vary based on scheduling.
