Need carpenter to build two workbenches

I need a carpenter who will start early tomorrow and has all his tools and can go get the lumber & parts at Home Depot (I will do a phone order) to custom build me two workbenches and be done by 4:30pm at latest. See this video for what I need: I want someone to modify the plan to be slightly larger than these interior dimensions Bench 1: 30Wx25Dx34H Bench 2: 62Wx25Dx34H When I say "interior dimensions" I am referring to the empty space under the bench. That's because these benches are going to be fitting around and over the top of some existing objects in my varahe that need to be protected from any bumping or scratching. I want to put some insulating material (foam? not sure) around the existing objects and then lift and set down the benches over them. This is going to enable me to get back usable area in my garage both as a work surface or something to later put further shelves or storage bins on top of.
