Bass Player Looking for/start band to play rock fusion, Rush, Level 42

Bass player looking to start or join a band that is groove oriented. I love stuff like Tony Williams "Believe It", 70's Herbie Hancock with the face melting grooves of Mike Clark and Paul Jackson, Vulfpeck, RUSH, LEVEL 42, Black Sabbath, James Brown, Tower of Power, EWF, Muscle Shoals sound, etc. You get the idea. I'm really into Mark Lettieri lately, guitar player of Snarky Puppy, although I'm not too familiar with their catalog, but I love that kind of stuff. I really love the rhythm guitar driven sound of Mark's solo stuff like "Huh". I already play in a band, but I'd like to do some of my song ideas. I have a lot of ideas, and I purposely don't write sounds from start to finish because I really enjoy the collaboration. I really want the drums to be the focal point.
