**Position available IMMEDIATELY** INTERVIEWING THIS WEEK! **SEASON IS HERE!!**
- Your job will consist of Answering and managing outbound/inbound calls, emails and text.
- Constant notatiing of customersr files and assisting them during their moving process.
-Able to think fast, find answers, and respond quickly to customer issues, all with a polite, empathic, and professional voice and manner.
-Ability to memorize, recall, or research answers quickly.
-Excellent customer service skills
-Strong attention to detail
Criteria:
- Must be Reliable, Self-Motivated, and able to work in a TEAM Environment!
- Computer skills are necessary (GRANOT preferred)
- Must speak Clearly and Confidently while speaking to potential clients
- Must be able to BUILD Great Rapport and CONNECT with the Customer
- Must be Coachable, have High Energy, and have a Positive and Competitive Attitude!
- We offer PAID TRAINING, the Highest Commission Structure in the industry, Daily Spiffs, and WEEKLY PAY
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Hours: Mon. - Fri. 10am - 6pm (Rotating Weekends!)
