We're ALL wondering, where does it end? A workshop discussion on ways we can move forward in addressing racism; engage, listen and learn Hi, I am Darrell L. Feagin, Sr., a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP), aka “DareLinzell” who like you has often pondered about ways we can move forward in addressing racism. In this workshop we will participate in an assessment of our experiences and share our thoughts about strategies that can prove useful in better understanding and navigating the presence of racism - together. Born the 13th of seventeen children, my parents were migrant farm laborers who traveled the Eastern coast of the United States, as far North as Maine and as far South as Homestead in Miami Dade County Florida harvesting agricultural crops for a living. I am, a published Author, U.S. Patented Inventor, former small business owner in the specimen collections, drug/breath alcohol testing industry for more than 13 years, 20 plus years of work experience in the Human Services fields of Substance Abuse, Mental Health, Youth Mentoring and numerous other serial entrepreneural ventures.
