Hi,
I'm an American Council for Exercise Personal Trainer that focuses on developing individualized, progressed 12-week fitness programs.
These programs are designed for you to have a fitness program to use for the rest of your life.
They combine strength, endurance, cardio, nutrition, mobility, stability, and flexibility.
I believe in listening and finding a sustaiable plan that can work for anybody regardless of age, fitness level, health condition, or disability.
I was the fitness and mobility teacher for 3 years with Oregon Commission for the blind. I also developed a successful and popular group training program there.
I am in my 40's and maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle that includes training jiu jitsu and muay thai.
I specialize in mobility, bodyweight movement flows, and functional training.
Following this plan-
I was able to transform myself from a 230 pound, 38 inch waisted, pack a day cigarette smoker to 175 pound, 31 inch waisted, healthy eater, who was best of all a non-smoker!
I also have a masters degree in Education with a focus on mobility for the blind.
12-week plans are $500 and include assessments, full plan development, personal training sessions, check-ins, and post-assessment.
I also do group plans for people interested in training with their friends or family within similar fitness levels.
Rates are $900 (2), $1200 (3), $350/per person for 4 or more.
I also do 1-on-1 training for $75/hr.
