My name is Trooestblue, I am using fitness as a method to battle depression and my mission is to help women alike. I want you to feel empowered and motivated to get your body moving.
I teach classes online Monday-Thursday
@6:45am classes are targeted for everyone, however there can be some tough moves. We can always implement modifications.
Every other Saturdays @9am (Beginners) if you lack the skills or need to build up this will be a perfect class.
I focus on implementing some Compound movements and some cardio abs even dancing.
