PROTEK is an online retailer headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. We are a small team of e-commerce experts and operate a warehouse to fulfill customer orders in the sports and outdoors/fitness categories. This is an entry-level position that pays hourly. This is perfect for a college-aged or recent graduate with an entrepreneurial spirit to gain hands-on experience in running a large online e-commerce business. This role will help our team drive the operational functions of the online business. An average day in office includes receiving pallets of goods, repackaging and labeling for various seller sites, organizing sales data on excel sheets, product research and online marketing for various brands. Candidate needs to be physically able to lift up to 75 pound boxes. This person is to help support various functions including but not limited to: Pack, label and ship customer items Assist with customer support and sales via phone and email Assist in organizing data on excel spreadsheets Organize warehouse operations and workflows
