Description

DENVER POTTERS ASSOCIATION SPRING SHOW RETURNS WITH TEMPORARY NEW DATE Denver, CO – Denver Potters Association announces their first show and sale in over a year on Saturday, June 12 and Sunday, June 13 from 10am – 6pm at their studio space at 5333 East 38th Avenue, Denver CO 80207. This change from the usual venue will allow artwork to be displayed primarily outdoors as well as afford shoppers the opportunity to see where many of the artists work. The show has been moved from its usual May dates in order to allow artists and guests time to be vaccinated for Covid. Available artwork will feature functional and sculptural ceramics as well as jewelry, wood, and glass creations from more than 30 artists. Admission is free as is street parking adjacent to the property. Masks will be required and all current Covid restrictions will be adhered to. More information can be found by visiting DenverPotters.com. Denver Potters Association sales, owned and operated by Castle Clay Artists, have been a dependable feature of the art scene in Denver for over 20 years, and like many events, the need to adjust for the pandemic meant taking a break from in-person events. The collective is excited to be returning with work from so many talented local artists, and has made necessary adjustments to prioritize safety for both staff and shoppers. The new date and location are temporary, with plans to return to the times and places art enthusiasts are used to as soon as it becomes safe to do so – hopefully in time for the 2021 holiday sale. Artists as well as art collectors and appreciators have been looking forward to the return of in-person events, and Denver Potters Association is excited to once again offer beautiful hand-made creations to the Denver community.
