Need help starting my zero turn mower

Hi guys! My husband is gone for a while and I can not get this zero turn started. I dont know what I am doing wrong. I have tried a few things and nothing. I dont want to pay for a lawn service cause we have the mower here but the grass is starting to get out of hand. If anyone wants to help I can pay you in beer?
