I am looking to invest in homes that are in distressed condition (property needs repairs) or owners that want to sell their property FAST due to several different reasons like: Relocating to another state/country Behind on payment or in foreclosure Property is occupied by non-paying tenants Property has code violations Owner is behind property taxes Owner in possession of an unwanted property WHO I AM LOOKING FOR: I am looking for trustworthy and hardworking Property Locators or Bird Dogs to work with nationwide but currently focusing on the Southern California market specifically Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, and San Diego counties. I am looking for someone that has experience in Real Estate that will look for and bring me deals that meet the type of homes I am looking for as mentioned above.
