Restaurant Start-up seeks a Chef or Cook to help with Recipes and to Develop a Menu for a Nigerian Restaurant. Experience in a restaurant is not necessary. You must have a wide range of skills and extensive good cooking. The menu will be fairly short but will include 10-12 items. PLEASE do not respond if you only know how to cook jollof rice or egusi soup. You must be dependable, punctual, a good communicator and have a sense of urgency in getting projects accomplished in a timely manner. Note that your cooking will be considered part of your interview. A tasting session will take place before hiring. This is not a long term gig. *
