Hello, I’m a drummer looking for a new project. A year ago I moved here from Seattle, where I was playing in a few serious bands. I am looking to get back into playing shows and writing music with a band here in Tulsa. If your project needs a drummer, feel free to hit me up and we can see if it’s a good fit. I am a good technical drummer but most importantly: I have a great knack for writing parts that fit the song and a solid “feel”. I know how to stay in the pocket. That is feedback I have gotten consistently across projects :) My last band got airtime on NPR, KEXP and other stations nationwide, so that is the quality I strive for in my playing! Some contemporary bands I like are Deerhunter, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Diiv, Jay Som, Big Thief, David Bazan etc... My name is Kyle and I am 31.
