Found Beautiful cream colored kitty with blue eyes and light orange ears and tail. Looks young hard to tell. Has been hanging around Penn-Mont plaza Bldg D for 2 weeks. I have been feeding it. Kitty is very skittish. I will try to catch and bring to animal human.
