Help with a few things around the homestead

Looking for a person to help me with a few things around the yard. Opening screen porch - hosing down the walls and ceiling from pollen and debris from last year. Bringing out the furniture and getting things settled. Small shed has rot along the bottom half that needs replacing. And back stairs could use a sanding and painting. Probably a weekend or two worth of work. Bunch of stuff in the basement to get remove. Big plus if you have a truck with bed so we can make a dump run or two as well.
