Singer like Celine Dion wanted for recording project

Looking for a powerful female vocalist to take part in an album recording project to eventually be released on Band Camp. The music is quite progressive and modern and would take the vocalist well outside the conventions. The instrumentation is guitar, keys, bass, and drums. Most of the band members have over 40 years of experience. The vocalist I imagine for the project would have a wide range and would almost be in the vein of Julie Andrews or Celine Dion. Not so much for the music they have sung but for having a big powerful voice with a mature low and high range. We write and rehearse in a superb private recording studio with professional gear.
