G.C. looking for CONCRETE - FRAMERS - ROOFERS

I've been waiting 4 months to get the permits and it turns out that my #1 of 14 yrs. with the manpower to take care of all these just started building his own house. I'm under contract which means I already have a price allotted per trade, and I pay 50/50 and must at least have general liability insurance. The existing house is a shell and needs demoed as well, I'll provide a dumpster for the roof but the slump block & extra concrete will need to be hauled off - the foundation & slab remains.
